First Timers

What to Expect

Every class is coached and intentionally designed so you can step on court and start moving.

You don’t need experience. You don’t need to know the rules. You just need to show up.

The format is clear. The pace builds. The hour moves fast.

You control the intensity.
We guide the structure.

What to Bring

We provide everything:
• Racquets
• Weights
• Equipment

You’re welcome to bring your own racquet if you have one.

Bring water. Tennis shoes. A towel. That’s it.

What to Wear

We’ll be running, jumping, lunging, rotating, and moving side to side — so wear something you can move confidently in.

Court shoes or sneakers with non-marking soles are required to protect the court’s surfaces. (Check out our blog for our favorite shoe recs!)

And the outfit?

Arguably the best part of tennis.

Go bold. Go classic. Go full country club.
Or wear your favorite black leggings and a tank.

Just make sure you can lunge in it.
