Rally Society is guided from start to finish — so you always know what you’re doing, whether you’ve been playing since you were young or never picked up a racquet. Each class is one hour:

minutes of strength and mobility

minutes of coached tennis drills

minutes of stretching

Do I need tennis experience?

No. The class is designed for all levels. Beginners get clear guidance so they can move properly from the start, while experienced players use the same drills to build rhythm, repetition, and consistency.

What happens if it rains? (Outdoor locations)

If weather impacts class, your credit will be issued for a future week.

What should I bring?

You’re welcome to bring your own racquet if you have one, or use one of ours. Bring water. Tennis shoes. A towel. And lots of energy! You’ll need it.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to the hour. Time to change shoes, find your court, and ease into tennis mode.
